The wait is finally over, introducing Yale Cleaners' all new iPhone App featuring Extra Care! Our app has been totally redesigned with a completely new look and feel. It's loaded with lots of new fresh features and improvements. Plus, download or update Yale's app to receive $10 off your next dry cleaning purchase.
Yale Cleaners new app gives you real time access to your Yale Cleaners account. Features in this version include:

Extra Care
Extra Care is a FREE service which allows Yale Cleaners’ customers to identify stains, missing buttons and add other one-time handling instructions for their clothing using Yale’s iPhone App. During every step of the cleaning process, our staff will identify, tag and strive to successfully fulfill Extra Care requests. When garments reach final inspection, Yale will record the outcome of Extra Care requests in our computer system. Customers using this service will be able to track the progress of their Extra Care requests using Yale's App.
Paperless Coupons
Yale now offers paperless coupons! Each month, Yale’s best offers are automatically loaded right onto your phone. To redeem, simply show your Phone to Yale’s counter representative at time of pick up. (Push Notifications coming soon).
My Closet
My Closet gives you the ability to harness the power of Yale’s custom bar-code computer system to track your wardrobe. My Closet is a complete list of all garments cleaned on your account. Select any item from the list to view that garment’s cleaning history, request Extra Care Service or attach a garment photo. Garment photos will appear throughout the app helping you identify which item is being referenced.
Order Status
Track your dry cleaning and laundry order throughout the cleaning process. View ticket details and see your order total. The app will even send you a Push Notification when your order is completed and ready for pick up. If you have attached garment photos using My Closet, you will even be able to see which clothes are at Yale Cleaners!
Customer Feedback Center:
At Yale Cleaners, we are always looking for ways to improve. Using the Feedback center, customers are encouraged to give us their honest feedback. Your feedback goes directly to the owners and managers of Yale Cleaners and is used to evaluate what we are doing right and what we could do better.

We have been hard at work improving the app based on your feedback. This new version includes a ton of bug fixes and improvements but here are just a few highlights.
- New Tax Report Screen: Now you can get an annual report of your dry cleaning expenses for tax purposes. Just visit the Receipts screen and tap on the Tax Report button in the upper right corner.
- Improvements to Delivery: We are continuing to improve our new delivery process based on the great feedback we have heard from you. This latest version has been enhanced to work smoother than ever before.
- We gave the app a good cleaning and smoothed out some of the wrinkles. We've made improvements to the login process, Yale Plus signup, credit card management, and a dozed other areas that will make your daily app experience even better.

Introducing Same Day On-Demand Delivery!
Drop your clothes off by noon at any of our 11 locations using our covered drive-thru. Then, when your order is complete, use the Yale Cleaners App to schedule on-demand delivery of your dry cleaning to your home or work, up to 30 miles. This service is like DoorDash, but for your dry cleaning. Plus, you will still receive the Yale Cleaners Plus 20% discount on every order. (Pick-up coming soon!)
On My Way
We have fixed a time zone bug which prevented users from using the On My Way service the hour before our store closed. Now you can schedule delivery if your ETA to the store is within 5 minutes after our closing time.
